impossible to connect

Hey,

 

just bought 18 Smart radiator Valve (4 relay) 

I only open one to to begin the installation, but after 30 tentative, that's still the same result, (impossible to connect the relay, try again)

Had someone the same problem ? how did you solve it ?

actual setup  : less than 7m between the relay and the farest valve / 3m between Wifi router and relay( 2.4 Ghz,)

mobile : Xiaomi MI 11 Ultra/ Android 14UKQ1.231207.002

app : Energie Version 4.3.0.0

    Thanks for your message, I've tried about 10 times to send the request through the form, but the seems that nothing has been sent.

    Can you please personnaly open a case and send me an email ? with your comment or better a solution ?

    Hello, for me it helped to reset the relay - https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5603981191954-How-do-I-reset-my-Relay

    For the first time connecting I did not noticed I was connected to 5Ghz and the relay probably saved it and could not be connected to 2,4 Ghz after
