Screen 90 degrees rotated.
I have the same issue that I read in other posts.
After the batteries ran out, the screen appears rotated 90 degrees. Additionally, the batteries have been draining very quickly since then. Is there no way to find a solution or another way to contact Netatmo’s technical support???

Hi galateaqos,

I have contacted Netatmo support about these issues and their response was that, because I bought it from Apple, take it up with them - we don't care.

Thanks for your comment.
It’s unbelievable that a "serious" company would give such a response. In my case, I didn’t purchase the device from Apple (though it wouldn’t have made a difference), and I can’t find a direct way to access support. Could you tell me how you managed to get in touch? There are many users in this situation, and it makes no sense that Netatmo refuses to provide an explanation and a solution
Thanks in advance!
@galateaqos
I have the exact same issue. Batteries only last 3-5 days. Just emailed support about it so let's see what they say.
To contact them do this:
Choose the Support article above that most closely addresses your question, and click ''Submit a Request'' at the end of the article.
Please take the battery cover off and you will see the control board through a hole - is it blue ( old version ) or green ?
@zuscom I have the blue board
@maxi me too. I have decided to use a USB 5V charger as the batteries only last a few days. I read in another post that they can be repaired at a reasonable price.
I have the green board, so it seems that both versions have the same issue.
And no response from Netatmo is expected? They promote a Community with no help nor response from Netatmo team!!
Hi tim,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to take a moment to address your concerns regarding your interaction with our support team. At Netatmo, we deeply value all our customers and aim to provide the best support possible.
Our goal is always to assist and guide. When it comes to warranty-related issues, products purchased through third-party retailers—such as Apple—are indeed best handled directly by them. They are your primary point of contact for these matters, as they manage their own after-sales services and warranty processes.
While we understand that this may not always be the answer you hope for, we do our best to communicate this clearly and courteously.
Ending our emails with a kind phrase like “Have a lovely day!” is simply part of our approach to maintaining a positive tone, even when delivering news that might not be entirely satisfying.
Cheers.
