Undelete deleted homes Answered
I have by a failure deleted 2 of my 5 homes. Now I try to reinstall my weather station but the app tells me that the weather station already is installed in another room, but I cant find it.
1. How can I undelete the deleted homes?

Hi there,
Customers do not have the option to delete virtual homes themselves. This functionality is accessible only to the support team and requires the customer’s consent.
You have revoked access to your weather stations. Currently, you still have five virtual homes, though two of them are now empty.
Please create a support request via https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/. Select your product, find the article that fits your case, and click 'Submit a request' at the bottom. Fill in your request by describing the situation you are facing off, our team will reply via email.
