NOt fully Connecting to WIFI
Please help, have tried manh times to conect the relay to the WIFY it says conected to network but on the phone app its still not conected and asks me to do it again.

We are having the same problem. Comes online for a short period then drops again. Alexa app also sees the device for a short while then drops. Using the thermostat works fine.
Clearly a problem with the relay. Has their being a firmware update recently?
My thermostat has stopped connecting to the relay and the app . I’m unable to turn my heating on. Is there an email address I can contact or a phone number. There is clearly something wrong.
Althougt the relay is connected to the wifi in the applications appears as disconnected since 2 hours ago. Someone has the same problem?
I think they are rolling out a firmware update, causing the relay to go on and offline while it updates.
Our relay is now working fine and I noticed the firmware version has changed.

Hello, some of our services were temporarily unavailable due to Microsoft Azure cloud services widespread outages across Europe and other regions from 17:00 CET to 21:30 CET.
