I have just sent a reminder to our support team, who will get back to you asap.
Each thermostat is factory-paired with its relay, so the entire kit must be replaced.

I only need to buy a new relay because mine is broken.....no need more valves or a new themostat....
No one from netatmo contact me ....there is no phone number to call....even your answer is useless
Instead of tell me to search in the community threads ....could you tell me if is it possible to buy a new relay....only the relay ?!?! It s a simple question
