is there any German Helpdesk?

i wann to turn the picture of the outdoor camera 90° how can I manage this.?

I have purchased an outdoor camera with a siren. Unfortunately, the image is too wide for my needs. How can I rotate the image 90° to give me more depth and less width? The main entrance is narrow but long. I can't see how the camera can be used properly now. Best regards, Gabor Perl

    Hi Gabor,

    In order to rotate the image, open your Netatmo Security application > Click on the gear icon located on the bottom right of the main screen > Manage my Home > Click on the name of the Room where your Camera is placed > Click on the Camera's name > Advanced settings > Rotate image

    Thanks for your answer! The only point is that the rotation is only 180°!! BUT I need only 90° because if the location of my entrance, I there any option to rotate only 90°? If nor I can not use is as I need, because I see a very wide entrance without any far away from Door.
