disconnection at certain time of the day

Hi!

I bought new advance camera.
Every da from 8:00am to 9:00am and 8:00 pm to 9:00pm camera disconnected automaticaly (white led still on).

Only system to repair its disconnect from energy in plug back.

I already do a new setup but without result.

Have any advice?

    No feedback… fix orange every day at same hour.
    No response from support, 250€ exipire! Very bad!
