To remove a Thermostat from your Netatmo account, just uninstall its associated Relay from the Energy application:
• From the mobile application (Android or iOS): - Settings - Manage my home - Name of the Relay to be removed - Settings (3 dots button) - Uninstall the Relay
Warning: All data of the Thermostat linked to the Netatmo account (historical curves and parameters) are deleted during this operation.

Hello Giada, I need to uninstall a Thermostat.
I followed your instructions, but pressing the 3 dots button I only have 2 options: “modify” or “move”. No “uninstall” option.
I tried both via mobile and via iPad.
What can I do?

I have removed my thermostat and the property from.my profile as I moved out.
The new owners are saying they can't connect to it as it needs my account details? This sounds wrong. Can you check if it is disconnected from the system?

The new owners have to download the Energy app and create their own Netatmo account, then install the Thermostat from scratch.

Thermostat is still available under my account. I've sent hundreds of mails and thermostat is still available and making issues. I don't want this thermostat anymore - please delete it from my account! I only have smart valves!
