Error Code 0097-00003 and 0097-00002

Four of my eight indoor cameras went off duty. II could not reinstate those. So I deleted those in Apple Home and Netamo. The cameras are no longer there. Now I tried toi install the camera. 

1. I get the message can not be installed 

2. The cam os no on apple home but not in the netamo security app.

What do to?

Where and how can I issue a ticket?

    Bei mir ist das selbe Problem

    In Apple HomeKit funktioniert die Kamera 

    In der Netatmo Security App wird mir immer nur: Netzwerk konfigurieren angezeigt.

    Was ich auch schon mehrmals gemacht habe.

    Nur kommt immer und immer wieder die o.a. Fehlermeldung.

    Bei mir funktioniert wieder die Welcome Kamera.

    Bitte setzt Euch mit Roberto Netamo-Support in Verbindung.

    Netatmo muß auch die WLAN Einstellung auf 2.4 GHz kontrollieren bzw. ändern. (Diebstahlschutz).

    Also war es bei mir ein Fehler, seitens Netatmo Software.

    Jetzt drücke ich Euch die Daumen.

    Auch bei mir erscheint der Fehlercode: 0097-00003 , Konfiguration unmöglich.

    Sane problem, exactly: after malfuntion and deleted from Homekit, there is no way to reset the camera - or at least to make it work, because I can reset, but not connect to the app

    Habe dasselbe Problem nach einem Umzug. Kamera verbindet sich mit dem Wlan, beim letzten Schritt kommt aber immer die Fehlermeldung. 

    Router gemäss den erweiterten Problemlösungen angepasst, trotzdem geht es nicht. Sehr ärgerlich. Und Support gibt es ja keinen mehr....oder finde ich nur nichts?

    I've got the same error problem.

    Code 0097-00003. I changed the router (new fibre-cable Wi-Fi router), and since then the problem has been with a network adapter. Almost everything works with the new Wi-Fi router.

    Previously, the camera was also able to log in via a network adapter.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Solution which works for me for error code 0097-00002:
    IOS (Apple): go to
    Settings -> Apps -> Control
    Activate „Network“
    While you did this, you grant access for the Netatmo App „Control“ to your local network. While the app is allowed to use your network now, it can process the installation steps in need for which the access was forbidden before due to the settings.
    I hope some of you find this helpful in solving their issue. Leave a comment in case this works for you in order to motivate others to try it out. GLHF

    Thanks!! I would like to try !! Could you please review the steps? It looks like something missing. Can’t find in newest IOS Apple, such commands:
    Settings -> Apps -> Control
    Activate „Network“

    Hi Eiras,
    All Apps running on your iPhone have settings underneath what resource they are allowed to use, e.g. Camera, Contacts, Network, etc.
    My problem resulting in the error message I posted was the missing right of the App to use the network resource of the iPhone.
    In order to grant/deny access, you need to go to your general iphone settings (it is the „gear“ symbol). In settings, you need to go to the category „Apps“ where you see all Apps listed you have installed. In this list you need to select the Netatmo App - in my case the new one named „Control“. When you select the App the different options to grant/deny access to, appear. Make surr you grant access to „Network“ for the App (click on the button right beside the name Network, it should appear green to activate access to the resource Network).
    I hope this explains it more in detail.

    That was the solution to solve my issue. After several 0097-00002 errors after the use of the white card or no specific error but no connetion after the red card, your hint with the setting in the „control“ app („security“ app in my case) was the solution. I got a perfect connection and the installation worked properly in the first try.
