I can't watch video of my Netamo security Indoor Camera on PC

Hello,

on my iPad, iPhone I can watch live video of my Netatmo camera placed in an object. I can't watch the video on my PC using the web app though. How shall I make it OK? Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello Petr,

    I understand that you cannot watch live videos from your Weabpp. Do you get any error messages?

    Please make sure you are logged in with the same Netatmo account as in your iPad or iPhone.

    Bonjour je n'arrive pas à avoir plus de deux jours d'enregistrement sur ma camera extérieure, je ne retrouve rien.
