We get an email every minute: "someone has logged into the portal".
We have several Netatmo cameras integrated into a Synology NAS via the API. For the past 1-2 days, we've been receiving an email every minute saying, "Someone has logged into your portal." What can we do?

Hi,
Please make sure to update your password on Synology.
If no avail, please contact our API support here: https://dev.netatmo.com/contact-us-form
They will be able to help you 🙂
Did anyone ever resolve this? The same thing is happening to me.
I changed all my passwords, and after that, I received fewer emails. But I still get 50 a day.
It’s a problem, more annoying than anything. This is my last attempt to make use of my Netatmo products. After this when they die, I am moving on. Thanks for the response. The video stream with Synology is far superior than the Netatmo App, actually in real time.
Solved for now.Â
You need to create an separate WebApp for each Netatmo camera you wish to connect to Synology SS, with its own, client, secret, and MAC address. Its not entirely clear that this is necessary, but it seems to have solves the issue for me. It appears for now that the only activity "Login emails" are if the camera goes offline and comes back on.Â
Dear Netatmo Support Team,
I have now created a separate app for each of my cameras – unfortunately, there has been no change in the issue.
I also deleted the apps and recreated them, but the problem persists.
At this point, I am receiving up to 5,000 emails per day, apparently related to this issue.
I am honestly at a loss and don’t know what else to try.
For your information:
The Synology NAS (where the cameras are connected) is fully up to date.
All Netatmo devices and apps are running the latest versions.
Could you please advise what else I can do to fix this problem and stop the flood of emails?
I would really appreciate your help, as the situation has become unmanageable.
Thank you very much in advance for your support.
