Replace outdoor module erases the historical Answered
I just had to replace my outdoor module. The original one was too old and broke when I tried to replace the batteries. To install the new one, I had to erase the old module and add the new outdoor module. To my surprise, doing this erased all my historical readings for the outdoor module.
It makes no sense for this to happen, as the station can have only one outdoor module. The fact that I’m erasing the old one to add a new one should clearly indicate that it’s a replacement. There should be a 'replace' option or something similar for modules that break down, allowing the historical data to be transferred to the new one.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response Giada.
In this case it was not a question, it was a suggestion to add a "replace" option for the modules so that the historical data is automatically transferred without the need to send a request to technical support.
A user should not be digging through forums to find out the way to keep your historical data when you have to replace a module. With the outdoor module it actually should be automatic, as only one outdoor module link to the station is possible.
Best regards,
Manuel
