The Relay normally updates automatically to summertime.
If it didn’t, please try unplugging it and plugging it back in. That should resolve the issue.
If no avail, please open a support request 🙂🙏

I have a valve that I disconnected that will not reconnect. It is showing the valve number and temperature just being found by the app.
2. Manage home does not have option to add room to add said valve.
Check that your Smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Relay and that Bluetooth is activated.
Remove the valve, if it is still mounted on the radiator,
Place yourself with the valve, near the Relay (about 30 cm away),
Launch the setup of the valve from the App (Make sure to put the batteries in the Valve when the App asks you to do so, not before, not after)
If the valve displays a radio ID of a previously installed valve, uninstall that valve and try to install the other valve first.

The valve has registered as 6 (which is I think the same as before) but I cannot add the room it is going in, please can you help. I have gone to manage my home / three dots / settings but no option to add a room. Thank you
