Energy Savings Report Shows Blank Page

When I click on the "Access to my Report" link in the email e.g. "Your March Energy Savings Report for your Thermostat Relay is ready!" I get asked to log in and then after a lot of preparation, all I get is a blank page. This has been happening for quite a while now.

The same thing happens if I go to your web page

    Hi,

    Have you made sure to select the correct home in the top left corner?

    I am using an intel based iMac with the Safari web browser (15.6.1) and macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina). Just out of curiosity, I tried this on an old linux  machine running Firefox and it works fine so I downloaded Firefox to my Mac and it works fine with that.

    I had originally put the issue down to problems with the energy reports as I had seen issues with them on the internet. I have had several attempts to raise this issue with Netatmo but find it very difficult to do this. The help centre says to find an issue similar to yours and click on the link "Submit a Request" at the end of the article (Products, E-Shop, and Account). None of these have anything relevant t6hough and all the ones that I looked at did not have a link.

    I have checked back through  my emails and can find no mention about which browsers and versions are supported. Should this work in my version of Safari?

    Hi Paul,

    Our web application works as expected starting from Safari v16 and above. Please upgrade it to the latest version (18.3) if possible or use another browser.
