Why can I not talk to a technician? I’m have purchased 8 products, only 5 work now, and the ones that do … suck. I just want to talk to someone and it’s impossible.

Every else I know can pull there cams up any time with no problems, I have nothing but problems and simply can’t find a way to communicate with a technician. This sucks and I’m about done with Netamo. I already quit recommending these crap products. Please someone reach out to me.

I have the same problem, no chance to get any help! my camera stopped working, still being in warranty period. I sent inquiries via the help article and got a generic answer, since that silence - a week now.
I have again filed a inquiry, no response at all.
Seems Netatmo is high price, low quality, no service. I absolutely disappointed.
Have 5 products an regret the decision.
Absolutely no customer service.

I‘ve checked my SPAM folder right before I wrote that comment!
The Mail you mentioned, is the generic description I mentioned! Unfortunately there was nothing after that, after I replied on the mail, with further problem description. Also there was nothing when I send another separat inquiry through the help system.
I fully understand that you want to streamline your communication however if the Netatmo response would be timely and helpful, nobody wants to create several tickets.
I was lost for a week, without any reaction from Natatmo, that doesn‘t sound streamlined to me, To be honest after my experience with Netatmo help, I think your comment about avoiding multiple tickets is just cynical and my understanding for this comment in light of the no-reaction from the help center is zero!
I do not feel as as a valued customer.
