Smart Rain Gauge cannot join the station
My rain gauge all of a sudden stopped connecting to the base station. Even though i had replaced the batteries about 3 months ago. Decided to get the rain gauge indoor again and put in new batteries. But it refuses to connect to the main unit.
I think it died on me within the waranty period but cant find an option on how to get it replaced under warranty.
Any help is welcome.

I have two rain gauges, at different locations, and both have stopped working and are not connecting with their main modules in the last month or so. Perhaps there has been an update that has corrupted them.
I moved my base station about 1.5 m closer to the rain gauge and now the connection seems to be working again (fingers crossed). I am somewhat disappointed in the range of rain gauge and wind meter. They are about 5m distance from the base station but the connection is unstable.
I am also facing issue with rain sensor, I have distance between main station and sensor about 5m throw one wall. I have also 3 bars of signal, all look ok, but I am not receiving any data abour rain into application. I tried to remove/add device again into main station, it was working abou 1 hour then again no data, even signal is as I mentioned. Battery is showing full. I have also wind sensor even with longer distance, which is working fine. Any idea what to try?
