Video Doorbell - nomore Dropbox backup

Video doorbell stopped backing up to Dropbox on 23rd April 2025. I made no changes in system, wasn't even at home then. Can't get it to continue as setting for Dropbox backup is now "unknown faces, only when nobody is at home" . The alternative setting "always"  can be marked, but after confirmation it is not activated. App is latest version, Android 15 system (Google Pixel 8 pro).

I disconnected from Dropbox, did a new dropbox setup, no changes in setting possible.

    I have the same problem since June 3rd. Everything checked, nothing helps. Netatmo support bot is a disaster (keeps sending me around in an endless loop of missing serial numbers).

    Same here. Tried Disabling and enabling Dropbox, no change.
