True temperature doesn't work anymore
I just wanted to adjust the true temperature as it is showing wrong temperature and thus heating when it shouldn't making the room way too hot. Anybody else experienced that? And do you know of a solution for it? I have had to set the away condition in order to make it just a little comfortable in the room.
(I know, this is the copy of the original post made a half year ago, there several new comments, but it seems to me, that nobody noticed)

I'm experiencing the same problem. I have contacted the support and I'm waiting for their reply. The same issue has already appeared during the last spring and was solved by an update. I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible. I order to use your valve meantime you can play with the temperature set point in order to balance the offset issue but this serenely not practical

Same problem here, it is not normal for this function to malfunction every three months and prevent us from having functional heating.
I also don't understand why the “true temperature” function does not appear in the API documentation, as it remains an important function of any automation system, given that the endpoint is in place and functional.
The application returns OK, but the value is not saved and the valve is not updated.
When returning to true temperature, the old value appears.
I tested an update via the application, the website, and the API, and the problem is the same each time.
By checking the network communication on my router, I found that when sending a new "actual temperature" value, there is probably no data transfer between the mobile application and the Netatmo system server.
Giana, I would like to suggest that from the users' point of view, it would be desirable if the mobile and web applications included the option to send information about a system error directly to your support. Thus, fixing the error via a post to the "Community" is lengthy and impractical.
With an api call, server return status=ok and the value is not updated so the problem is not with the client communication but on the server side

Hello everyone, experiencing same issue.
Now i have 26º C on valve in living room, but true temperature is 21º C. I can't fix it. Temperature inside building is going down and cold is coming...
At 9 p.m., the valve indicated a temperature of 21°C in a room... Five minutes later, the valve temperature dropped to 11°C and the heaters kicked in... The actual temperature is 20°C. This is ridiculous. I had to switch to frost mode...

I have the same problem. True temperature cannot be set and the change only takes place in the mobile application, but after reopening the True temperature page, the temperature is the original temperature before the setting.
Please advise how to solve this problem

Same problem here! This needs to be fixed! I already completely reinstalled Relay and Valves, but the problem is the same. The temperatures are completely off and cannot be fixed in the app.

Can you explain what you mean by ‘true temperature is working as intended’. It’s certainly not working the same as we expect.
I have the same problem. True temperature is not working from "Energy" nor from "Control" app. Also, I would like netatmo to take room temp. from separate weather station module, not from valve due to heat from radiator and cold from window. Temp. can be synced to valve in intervals if valve must know the temperature.
Adding my voice to the discussion. True temperature setting in any of the both apps (Control, Energy) does not have desired effect - temperature on my valve stays the same. It incorrectly shows very low temperature in the room and overheating it (5 degrees less than real temp!)... restarted everything multiple times and no success.
Please fix it quikly.... it is unusable!

I just got reply from Technical Support Agent to my ticket:
“Our technical department is aware of this issue and is already working on a software solution to resolve this situation with future updates. Please forgive us for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please enable automatic updates for the Netatmo apps. The patch will be deployed very soon. I'll make sure to keep you updated with any progress or information we find.”

I have the same issue with my Thermostat.
I think it did take the change at some point. Before I changed anything it shows 20°C when it was 19°C. Now a day later its the other way around. It shows 19°C when its 20°C in the room. As if it applief the change twice.
Same issue here. Impossible to modify valve temperatures, they are wrong, and we have to modify all temperature settings with wrong numbers to get heat...
