Request for Repair or Replacement under Warranty – Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren (Black)

I purchased a Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren – Black, and it is still within the warranty period. Unfortunately, the device has lost its functionality — it cannot connect to Wi-Fi and cannot be reset.

Could you please advise me on how I can have this product repaired, or if it can be returned/replaced under warranty? I am based in the UK and would appreciate it if you could let me know the available options.

    I purchased a Netatmo Presence camera 12 De. 24. The floodlight and IR have stopped working. I use it for security at my home and car. How can I proceed to have a replacement quickly. Thankyou.
