If a wrong product or a wrong reference has been ordered, you need to request a return for refund (within 60 days of the delivery) and place a new order for the correct reference.
It is not possible to exchange two different products between them.
if you want to exchange a product following issues encountered while using the product, please send us a message describing the issue and the product's serial number. A complete analysis of the product needs to be done before replacing the product if necessary.
