Process to recplace thermostat
Hi, the thermostat's display isn't working and shows nothing, so I had to buy a new one, and I need to know the process to replace it.
Right now, I have both working with the new hub, but I can't find a way to move the valves to the new thermostat and delete the old one.
Wich is the process I have to do to move the valves to the new one and then delete the old one?
Regards

You have to delete the Valves from the old Thermostat first, then delete the old Thermostat and then add the Valves to the new one.
The problem is that the rooms I have with the other one don't appear with the new thermostat.
Basically, you are telling me I have to delete everything and start from scratch, redefining all the rooms and the schedules I have in the home management system with the daily timetables because the thermostat is broken?
I think there is no other way, unless the officially support can do something on their end.
Try opening a support ticket threw the website.
That's what I did, but a week has passed and I haven't received a response. Honestly, given that the brand only offers support in Spanish for sales, but then they don't even have support in Spanish or respond in English, and apparently, if a product fails, which also happens with almost all of their products, I wouldn't buy anything from Netatmo again. I'm very disappointed with this brand.
My problem is very simple. I don't even want to think about how someone with a more complex problem can solve it without support from the brand.
I have the same problem — it should be quite simple to either link the Smart Thermostat to the existing relay or move everything to a new relay.
