    Hello,

    The issue you are experiencing is related to an unusually high number of requests being sent from your account to our servers.

    This can happen when a third-party application or home automation system is connected and performs frequent background requests. When the allowed request limit is reached, access may be temporarily restricted, which can result in the behavior you are seeing in the app.

    As ou using a home automation system such as Fibaro, we recommend temporarily disabling the integration or reducing its request frequency to see if the issue is resolved.
