Did they come with the base?
Are they on the base, so powered on and if so, do they flash red periodically?
I have the same issue on a brand new smoke detector. Need to reset it to readd to another wifi. 'cfg' button doesn't seems to work (never turns on the blue light). Smoke alarm flashed red every 10 sec when connected to base. I have created a case.
My mistake, I didn't know that the unit had to be attached to the base to be turned on..... 😟

Follow up:
When pressing the power button it didn’t show the blue light – but it showed steady red light after a few blinks. When the light was steady red, I pressed and hold the CFG button.
Also tried (at first) to wait until red light went out – but it seems like a need to press cfg at same time as the light turns steady red.
