The Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera disconnect simultaneously
The NOC works fine more than 6 months. The first error was, the memory card is missing/faulty. The second was that the camera have Fatal Error and the camera is disconnected. I've try with the new memory card (industrial standard, as your recommendation). You can see the error messages from the attached pictures, after the last FW update. I use the Android phone, model: Samsung Galaxy A54 5G / SM-A546B/DS. Android 15 OS. Netatmo security app release is 4.4.8.3. The WiFi is 2.4GHz and the connection is stable with very good coverage. The serial number of the NOC is: 70:ee:50:85:3b:dc. FW version: 3.26.0. This is up to date: 26.10.2025. I lost in addition the part of the fixing bracket of camera and is not possible to be fixed on the wall without that part. Thank you for your support! Regards, Andrey Yovchev.

Andrey you should not put information of your serial number on this forum otherwise someone could take advantage of it ( not that the floodlight camera can actually work ! 😂🤣 ). You should submit a request ticket with those detailsÂ
