I lost or broke a part of my Outdoor Camera, how do I get a new one?

If you are missing an essential part for your Smart Outdoor Camera, please send us a message with the following information:

  1. The reference letter of the missing part from the list below
  2. A copy of your original purchase invoice
  3. The delivery address of your choice

(A) Wall mount
(B) Mounting strap and green screws.
(C) Mounting holder and its black screw.
(D) Allen key.
(E) Mounting screws (3 sizes).

(F) Wall screws and 2 anchors.
(G) Protective envelope.
(H) User Guide.
(I) QR code card.
