Hallo, the Support doesn‘t help. They told me, my devices are probably defective.
It's quite unlikely that all cameras will fail at the same time. Besides, the live stream and download work. This seems more likely to be a software issue. Netatmo, please take care of this.

Strange , the videos where playable after a day or so. Seems a software error or something. Now everything is working again.
