Red image with netatmo smart outdoor camera with siren

The image from my camera turns red a few months after installation. How can this be solved? I own more then one 10 Netatmo products. And even the same outdoor camera (without siren) since 2017 without problems.

    Hi, this seems to be a solution. Sounds little the infrared filter is stuck in (mechanical filter from what I understand) and requires a gentle tap on the side to have it unstuck. 
    Worked for this user in the link above, and I'm about to try it as mine shows the same issue after some time being unplugged.
