Adding Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor to an existing household
Hello, I have purchased a Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor to add to my existing Netatmo products (Radiator Valves and Smart Camera), and I would like to ask if there is a way to assign it to my already existing household. When I visit the web version of the Control app now, I have the smart camera and radiator valves in one household, but to access data from the Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor, I have to switch to the Health Coach household. Thank you.

The Netatmo Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor does not support virtual homes.
This product works with its own dedicated app, Netatmo Home Coach, and it cannot be linked to a virtual home. That is also why, you have to switch to a different tab to view the data from your Home Coach.
