Urgent – No Response Since April 8 - 12 days/ Device Access Blocked

I’m having a serious issue with customer support and I’m hoping someone here (or from the company) can finally help. I opened a support ticket on April 8 and have been waiting ever since for my device to be unblocked. The problem started after I changed my Wi-Fi network, and I’m now getting this message: “Remote access to the camera has been blocked (unverified connection).” Since then — no real response, no solution, nothing. At this point, I have completely lost access to important data stored on the memory card, which I urgently need for legal purposes. This is not just inconvenient — it’s critical. Is anyone from the company actually monitoring this forum? Has anyone experienced a similar issue and managed to resolve it? I would really appreciate any help or escalation. This delay is unacceptable.
