March Energy Savings Report Terminée

Has anyone received this yet?  Normally I get it by email around the 2nd of the month, but nothing for March and not in the new "improved" web app either.

    Hello John,

    Thank you for your message and for joining our Community!

    When our products are not able to collect the outside temperature near your Home for a few days, the consequence is that we do not have enough data to build the report.

    I want to inform you that our team is working at the moment on a new method to build the report. We know how this feature is important to you, and improving it is our top priority.

    Moreover, in a few months when the new system is available, you will be able to read the reports you have not received so far.

    We appreciate your understanding.
