    Mine is also not working since 4:40am GMT. Internet connection is working

    My station is also not working anymore since 5.40 (Amsterdam time). Reconnected to the WiFi via the installation wizard. Connection OK. Strange thing is that on demand requests (On demand metingen in Dutch) still work and I did get a high rainfall allert after 5.40 this morning. So the indoor module is still communicating with the servers. But no data in the apps. So what is going on?

    Server problem, but doesn't effects everyone, the currently weather data can still be read on the dashboard, on the pc, but the chart doesn't work there either.

    same situation on my side. everything on my side is working, but no response from netatmo server. also it is not accaptable that netatmo is not informing about this case on their home page. If you look in the weather map you can see that nearly 40% of all in south Bavaria is effected.

    Same here in Germany since local time 5:40 am. No datas in the app and on the dashboard. Good point I am not alone. Bad no communication from Netatmo via mail/x or facebook

    communication to/from netatmo normally is a catastrophe, only mail possible. no generell information that thei are working on the issue on their home page,...

    hello wetsomet... for me on app iPad/iPhone and dashboard on PC same situation, no data and no chart still 05:43

    Houston ... same problem in germany: last contact @ 5:35 ... I've been using the station since August 2011 and this is the first time with such an extreme problem: so stay relaxed, you can also see the weather outside through the window ;-)

    I confirm problems also in Italy, for my station many others,

    I hope they have not lost all the missing data.

    This is a joke, Netatmo's communications. All they tell us is that they have Redesigned the WebApp interface.

    This monitoring website says "User reports indicate no current problems at Netatmo" - https://downdetector.com/status/netatmo/

    FWIW same here in Nottingham, England since about 04:30. It is annoying, but not fatal, however I do wish Netatmo would put a notice on the website, so I don't start panicking and reset everything...

    I agree that some kind of system status page would be appreciated.

    It would prevent many users from starting to turn on and off routers, wi-fi or Netatmo devices trying to solve

    Update from my side. API seems to start working. Via Home Assistant I received now data again. But original app still shows no connection

    They seem to be slowly catching up. At first I had no data since 5.40. But now I have no data since 9:17 . And slowly more data is getting in. So, they seems to be working on it.

    yes, it seems, but it is a impudence from netatmo's side not to inform...

    That's not an impudence on Netatmo's part... it's an impudence on Legrand's part: save wherever possible, including in service/support. ;-)

    Happy cloud based stuff. Really I will shift all my stuff more and more in the future to zigbee based sensors and using HA without clouds…
    Cross the fingers Netatmo will survive a few years…the station was not so cheap

    @ulfkotzan, mabe it's Legrand's part, but before merger netatmo had the same situation.
