One of my Keys stopped working.
Hi Netatmo,
One of my Keys stopped working.
I have the lock already for a while as in was in the public beta test.
As the Forum page has changed I cannot find the page on the Beta test topics.
The key that stopped working is the one of my Girlfriend.
She luckily could use the app to get in.
I also tried removing her key from the app/lock and reconnecting it to the the lock, but during the connect sequence the lock totally does not recognizes the key. I tried it with my own key and that is directly detected.
Is there a way you can provide me with a new key?
