Hi,
Again I have problems with my doorbell. I have it for more than 1 year but first it was the fuse which broke frequently and now I have the remark that “ access is blocked on distance ( not verified connection). Please connect the network from this app to verify the connection.
I have done this now a few times but without any success.
What more can I do and why happens this after more than 1 year. My network did not change.

I connected a new iPhone to my account. A star rating appeared on my screen. Once I clicked on the stars, it wouldn't leave my Netatmo Home Screen. How do I get rid of it. The heart and "Happy to know you love it. But I'm beginning to NOT love it because I can't get rid of the heart thing! It's blocking the app.
Please advise.

Fishing around, I found that Netatmo is part of a larger organization- Legrand. I was able via email to touch base with a real human with a name who wrote back offering advice.

Entered wrong security code to lock camera and now can't unlock it.
To remove the Security Code, you can reinstall the camera (this won't cause any data loss). To do so, please use the gear icon (bottom right of your app), select "install new products" then follow the on-screen instructions.
If the situation remains the same, it will then be necessary to reset then reinstall the camera from scratch. In order to reset the camera, could you please proceed as follows:
1. Use the gear icon on the main screen of your app (bottom right) 2. Select your "Manage my Home" 3. Select your Camera 4. Use the top right-hand icon and select "remove" 5. Select "reset"
*Please note that this operation will permanently erase the data from your camera.
IF YOUR CAMERA WAS CONFIGURED WITH HOMEKIT, please proceed with these extra steps:
1. Turn the Camera upside down 2. Remove the SD card and wait for the flashing red light 3. Wait 10 sec then reinsert the SD card
The LED will start to flash faster before going out. Wait for the LED to turn green again, then turn the camera over.
Once done, please make sure to remove the camera from your Apple Home app.
You can then reinstall the camera from scratch.
If you need help, please follow the instructions to submit a request in our Help Center.

The only wifi network I have now is the Freewifi_secure network, which does not require a password. However, when configuring my Netatmo thermostat, the application asks me for the network password. What should I enter?
