This mornimg everything was working fine, but as of this afternoon I have been unable to view recording on the app via my smartphone.
No notifications for any alerts and since i dont get alerts it doesnt show a recording. What is going on?

Same problem here. All cams doesn´t show live-view and no recordings. But in Apple Home I can see the streams. I think, netatmo servers have a big problem! It would help, if someone from netatmo will inform us.

I have the same problem, after the update of the firmware this afternoon, i can see live vidéo, but don 't have any détections, and now i loose all connexion to my devices.

As of today, we can live stream, but we have no detections and no videos recorded.

We're having exact same problem today, can't see any previous recordings!! What is happening, I take it this is a Netatmo problem, nothing to do with the Microsoft outage is it??
