I`ve lost my HomeKit Code of my Netatmo Welcome.
How do i retrieve it or is there any other possibility to set up with HomeKit instead of the Code?
When setting up HomeKit, the application generates the HomeKit Code and saves it to your iPhone's gallery. I therefore invite you to check your gallery. If you can't find the code, you will have to reset your camera.
In order to reset the camera, could you please proceed as follows:
1. Turn the Camera upside down 2. Remove the SD card and wait for the flashing red light 3. Wait 10 sec then reinsert the SD card 4. Wait 10 sec then put the Camera in its first position
**Please note that this operation will permanently erase the data from your camera.*
The camera will reboot and when the LED stops, the camera is ready to be reinstalled. To do so, please use your Security application and make sure to proceed as follows:
. Go to "install new products" and choose the Smart Indoor Camera . Hit "next" twice . Choose the green color . Wait the end of "searching of the camera" . Select at the bottom of the next screen "my product does not appear" even if you see the name of your welcome camera. . Then select "yes, it's a brand-new product" . Then "configure HomeKit later" . Wait the end of "searching of the camera" and follow the instructions to finish the setup
Once the camera got installed, please use the top left-hand corner icon of your Netatmo App, select "manage my home", "your camera", scroll all the way down and under "Siri et Apple Home", please click on "Configure" to launch the HomeKit setup manually. This will force the camera to generate a new HomeKit code. As a reminder, the generated code will be saved into your iPhone's photos gallery.
