Hi,
I've just installed the new smart lock and notice that some of the magnet on the front portion of the lock broke off. How do i proceed with a replacement front part?

I have istalled the smart lock, but the inner knob is broken while closing the lock.
Is the part where are the batteries.
Now I can’t lock the door from inside of my apartment
How can we do? Do you have a spare parts?
