I need to support to understand how to manage sporadic visitors at home , like house keeping person that are visiting our home one time a week ? 

Any advise on how to program Security settings to manage such visitors ?

    Hi Kikou,

    You can create a profile, like any other person in your family, for housekeeping people. This way, your Indoor camera will recognize them when detected.

    It confirms my Understanding

    I am anyway surprised that the only way to arm/ unarm the alarm is by the caméra facial récognition or full access to the application

    It was not obvious to me before buying thèse products

    Is my understanding correct ?
