I have 4x welcome cameras without siren across two properties, two at each property and one property has an additional smart door doorbell. Whilst the doorbell is working, all the 4x Welcome cameras are not, saying “Video unavailable. The camera is disconnected”. Why are they suddenly not working, some central system failure for Netatmo? No changes to internet and had been working successfully for months prior.
My out door cameras freeze constantly and say that the camera is disconnected. Recorded video it doesn't work anymore. Both cameras have the new SD card. I’m using a Mesh system router with automatic recognise devices bands. The second camera is new and only connected for 3 days ago. I wonder what the problem is?
