WebApp: 07/23/2024 update: the heating schedules are back! Épinglée
After the deletion of the heating schedules at the end of March, many of you asked for their return. We've listened, and we're delighted to announce the return of the ability to create and modify schedules on our Netatmo web application.
From now on, you can create and manage your heating schedules directly via the Netatmo web application, as well as modify temperature sets for optimum comfort. To access this feature, simply click on the following link: https://home.netatmo.com/settings/planning.

When will you also implement the operating mode selection to ECO/COMFORT ? It is still missing :( only exists in the mobile app.
Not sure if this is related but My heating schedules have stopped working. My app and the system are connected as I can manually turn the heating on or off from the home screen or the thermostat but no matter what I do I cannot get schedules working. I have created a new schedule, no go. I have removed and reinstalled the app, no go. Nowhere can I find a number to speak to a human. I submitted a request already but I am not confident that this has gone through.
@davidaoconnor: do you activate the schedule after selecting it? If not, it will not work...
On the app, once I select the schedule I get the full week in view. I see no other possible options to activate it as it already appears activated. This has been the case since I have had the system. When I go to my settings page and click on schedules the selected schedule comes up, so it is selecting the correct schedule.
I put an additional time slot in for 13:00. It is now 13:02 and the heating has not come on.
After you have created your schedule, you must select it from the list of schedules. You need to explicitly "activate" this schedule, which is done from the 3-dots menu on the right. If not, the setting will revert back to the previous setting. (Dutch language version shown here).
As you can see from the screengrab, I do not get a three-dot option.
I have only had one schedule, which appears when I select Schedules. I created a new schedule (September)
and selected that but that did not work either.

I am on ios 17.6.1
That's probably why it looks a bit different. I have no experience with the IOS version...
Can someone else help please?
If this is an IOS problem your technical department needs to be informed that your app is no longer compatible with IOS. Something changed about 6 weeks back. Was the app updated? Is there a workaround that I can deploy to get my Netatmo services running again?
I have checked the setup on my phone all all seems ok. Home app activated and passwords and keychains activated.
Do I need to reboot the relay? If so can I have step by step instructions.
Can I have an answer please :-)
My eireless thermostat the screen is all black don’t think it work any more how do I order a new one and what guarantee is there on it also what deatail do you need so I know the right one is ordered will I need to set it all up again
