Spare part for Rain Gauge

My rain gauge fell off its post and the tipping bucket came off… there appears to be a pin that the bucket pivots on missing. Is it possible to get a spare part? I saw the other posts here about raising a support ticket but can’t for the life of me find where to do it (even with the link provided). Thanks.

    Hi,
    I have a rain gauge that suddenly stopped working. Changing the batteries does not help and no green LED flashes after the battery is replaced. Is it possible to get hold of a new PCB?

    Hello, My rain gauge stopped reading so I went to check it and have found that the Battery Cover has cracked and is not holding batteries in properly.

    How do I go about getting a replacement. I live in Australia.
