Multiple homes?! Répondu

I have three homes and when setting up a new weather station in a new location I added it to a new home. Adding multiple homes worked fine, but I cannot find how to switch between the homes. My Netatmo app only displays the most recently added home. How do I switch homes?

    Hello,

    To switch between your virtual homes, please head to the left menu of the Netatmo Weather app and click on the little arrow as shown in the image below :

    You can see all your virtual homes in the list and choose the one you want to check.

    I have two homes, but one of them has no products installed and was created by mistake during setup of my products. How can I remove the surplus home?

    Hi reinier,

    Empty homes are not visible in the app.

    Please reach out to our support team via the Help Center, we can delete the empty home for you.
