FTP upload notification for every video

As of today, I have begun getting an FTP upload successful notification for every video uploaded to my FTP server. Previously, these notifications only occurred the first time an upload occurred or failed, then were only sent again when the "state" changed. Meaning, the next success after a failure or next failure after successful uploads.

 

Is there something broken that is causing this to happen? Nothing has changed with regard to my environment. Same cameras, nothing reset recently, no network changes, or anything else have occurred since this began.

    Same problem here for outdoor and indoor cameras. it seems to be a push notification error from the server. Please NETATMO, fix it.

    Same and super annoying. No apparently way to turn off only ftp notification within the app.

    I submitted a support request/ticket and recommend everyone here do the same. IDK how frequently actual Netatmo people read these forums.

    We have 6 Netatmo Presence + 4 Welcome + 1 Doorbell. The constant ringing of the phone for nothing (just successful uploads) renders the whole setup totally useless. 
    The only notification I really need - when at home - is the Netatmo Doorbell, so I do not miss the logistics guy bringing more gadgets ;-)

    I have the same problem- and there is no option turning it off. @netatmo please turn it back to the old state. Thank you

    Same problem here, 80+ messages in the last 24h. Even via apple whatch (nice massage, but I do not need it!!) Netatmo: Please fix it fast!

    Same here :(
    I also had to re-setup one cam with the FTP credentials since there had been vanished in the configs...

    seems Netatmo has lots of network problems - i also get a defective Cam maybe because of a firmeware push.

    Same here.

    Historically such events (FTP connection error / resume) have been shown in the timeline as well, but these don't appear.

    same here, doorbell becomes unusable as i can't switch off notifications in general as i need thme for when someone actually rings.

    Same here. A comment/statement from Netatmo support would be welcome. 

    My wife already deleted the app because of this annoyance. :-(

    And here, again the same … AND: my wife is very annoyed as well and about to delete the app, too!

    Next thing is, that I have to install a system from a different vendor.

    A few months/weeks ago, nothing worked at all, because of a „service update“. One of my Presence seems to be dead since then. Can‘t get it to work.

    Now the continuous „FTP-alert“. But ftp is the only more or less save way to store the videos. Anything travelling over the cloud to Netatmo (probably making a stop at the DGSE in between) and then back to my surveillance station is error prone and important videos were lost/missed in the past. 😡

    Same for me and super annoying esp. when you have multiple cameras. No way to turn off only ftp notification within the app. Please fix this asap.
