    My Netatmo smoke alarm has a manufacturing date of 09/2020 and replacement date of 09/2030 however the batteries have no power left in them.
    Is this covered under any warranty as there should be at least another 6 years of life in this device?

    You can contact our Support team through our Help Center: https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/. You have to select your product, find the article that fits your case, and click 'Submit a request' at the bottom. Our team will reply via email.

    I have the same problem as mr. Nelson. On the Dutch website I can not find a 'submit a request' at the bottom. Is there a (dutch) phone number?
