No history available for CO2 and noise measurements in app

I use the Netatmo Weather app to monitor my weather station but for some time I have not had access to historical readings about CO2 and noise. I can see the present values but no values older than about 40 hours. For other data, I have data points more than a year back. Is this an intentional change in the app, or is there an error in the set-up? I hope the problem can be fixed!

    Im experiensing the exact same, and so does my dad om his Netatmo-app.
    And yes, its only an issue in the “noise” and “CO2” section.
    Im really looking forward to an answer from Netatmo-team, since its 21 days since the above question has been sent.

    I have seen an increase in loss of history display. Now I have lost all history display, also wind and rain.

    Same with me. No historical data available at all the last months. Except occasional times. What to do?

    Same here. For quite some time now I have been able to see instantaneous data in the App (iOS), but not historical data.

     

    I have just checked on the web dashboard and I CAN see the data on there at the moment.

    Nothing new, unfortunately. I have created a support request but so far I have no information about the problem.

    But I can confirm that I have this problem on all Apple devices (iPhone, iPad). I have also tried installing on a new Apple device with no good result.

    Everything is fine on android devices and on the Netatmo website. All data is available.

    Same here. No history for co2 beyond a few days in the ios app. It is working in the web app and in partner apps on ios so it must be an app netatmo weather issue.
    Fix it asap please

    I have no historic mesurement of temperature and rain since March, the 6th.
    T'he daily mesurement works apparently ok.
    What to do?

    Thank you for your patience.
    We have found a solution for the current situation and we will be deploying a fix as soon as possible.
    I will let you know when it is available.
