New heating reports are now available! ĂpinglĂ©e
New heating reports are now available on the WebApp and on your smartphones! đ„
Starting in early November, youâll receive an email inviting you to discover them, whether you have a Netatmo Thermostat or a Starter Pack (for those who have activated the option in their account settings and confirmed it).
To view these new reports, visit: https://home.netatmo.com/control/reports
Hereâs whatâs new:
- The possibility to view your reports from your smartphone.
- A "live" view: no more waiting until the end of the month to check your consumption.
- The option to compare your monthly consumption with the previous month and the same month last year.
- New explanatory factors related to time spent in Away/Frost Protection mode and manual settings.
- Simplified energy savings, displaying only the essential information.

Hello @GEORGzer
Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed, as you have a starter pack, this is the sum of the heating time of all your valves. Concerning the thermostat (with valves or not), only the boiler activation time is taken into account.
Cheers.
Do the new reports sum up all the heating-hours when you have multiple heating products in two or more homes?
My report says 1132h for November, which is more than 31 days a 24 hours combined đ€·ââïž

Thanks, Iâm honestly not sure if this is useful for me then.
If I use 10 Valves with my own Boiler and Thermostat for 10 hours, report will say 10 hours.
If I use 10 Valves on district heating with no Thermostat for 10 hours, report says 100 hours.
Something that delivers results measured in âhoursâ shouldnât count them so differently in my opinion.
Iâd rather prefer the first type of calculation, even without my own Boiler/Thermostat.
Hello, I'm not sure I'm in the correct place. But I have noticed that the acrual temperature scale on the "y" axis of the graph (trend) has an error. The value seems to be 1°C lower than the measured. Thank you, Andrea
