Outdoor Modul not working after 2 Year, 2nd time Répondu

Hello, I got a new outdoor module a little over 2 years ago because the old one kept losing connection. Now the new module has the same problems. The connection is lost every few days. The environment has not changed. I am about 2m away from the base station. It has worked for 2 years without any problems. I have also had the outdoor module without a battery for a long time, but there has been no change. I have to remove the battery and put it back in, then it works again. I have also used batteries from different manufacturers, without success. My wind and rain modules, which are much further away, work perfectly. My warranty has just expired, but is there anything I can do about it? In any case, I am not prepared to spend €60 on a new outdoor module. Then the Netatmo technology is finished for me. If a module like that only lasts 2 years, that's sad. I have it completely protected from the weather and rain. The serial number of the outdoor module is h8dd246. Greetings Christian
