replacing defective/ broken/ not working Netatmo Thermostat box

Hi

I've sent several emails to the Customer Service /Support Team and am still waiting on a satisfactory reply: I wanted to buy a replacement Netatmo box during the Black Friday sales because I'd've got a radiator valve too, but when I went online the box wasn't available on that Offers page even though there was a photo of the little box on the email. I couldn't use the discount code on your actual web-page that someone in Support sent me. 

I have the Job Report dated 21 May 2019 when it was installed. I can usually manage to turn on the heating from my phone but when I am away my friend who stays over to turn on lights etc can't turn on the heating from her phone as that little white box appears to be broken. We've tried putting new batteries in it. 

I have emailed so many times and the phone number on your Netatmo User Guide from Energia doesn't seem to work. 

Please help. I am an OAP with a physical disability which makes it difficult for me to move about or leave the house. I spend a lot of time on hydrotherapy and in hospitals. I need to be able to get the heating working at all times.
