No, you don't need a second relay, because only one relay can be connected to your boiler/heater. You need to buy an extension kit of smart radiator valves (for the amount of radiators you have in your house) and, if at all possible, an extension kit of a smart thermostat. But I don't really know if Netatmo sells a smart thermostat as an extension kit.

Those can all be connected to one relay (the one you probably already have), just read the instructions of the extension kit.

I don’t Know what mean by extension kit i need to buy , i have the starter pack
    which include 3 valves ( i have 3 radiators ) a relay and a thermostat
If i connect the relay to the boiler where should i connect the wire cable
from the floor heating ( now that goes into the Computherm Q8 control not on the boiler )

What an extension kit is, you can see on the website of Netatmo, it is a kit with just the radiator valves and nothing else (there is no relay)

Given your installation, I do not think it is possible to use the Netatmo kit on your system. It does not seem to work with floor heating. See the website.

Those mixed systems are a pain 😅
See this thread, basically the same scenario.

Floor-heating can only be controlled with an extra Netatmo Thermostat. But connecting that Relais and the other one for the Valves to the same boiler, avoiding that one system triggers the other is quiet complex.
