We’re excited to share some great news! A few months ago, some users reported delays in the data display of Energy products on the WebApp and the Energy Android app.
Our team has been hard at work addressing this, and we’re happy to announce that the issue has now been resolved! 🎉
From now on:
- Every time you refresh the WebApp or the Energy app, the latest data from all the products in your home will be displayed.
- Data will also update automatically every 10 minutes to ensure you always have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback as we worked on this improvement. Your input helps us continue to enhance your experience with Netatmo.
