I have been trying to fix my problem since October 2024 and I got ridiculous answers from the support.

    I checked your case, and I sincerely apologize for the time taken to handle it—this does not reflect Netatmo's standards.

    That being said, after reviewing all the messages, I see that my colleague advised you to enter a new room name, as "Bagno padronale" was already in use in your app. The app itself displayed a red error message: "Questo nome è già utilizzato."

    Given that the app explicitly states the name is already taken, wouldn’t the simplest solution be to choose a different one? Our last message dates back to February 10th, and my colleague is waiting for your reply, as your case is an isolated one and requires further investigation, your response is essential to move forward and find a solution together.
